~ How Our Services Work ~
It's very simple. You contact us, either via email or phone and arrange an appointment. You bring your console to our workshop where
you can sit and watch us do the work. Or alternatively you can drop it off and pick it up at a later time. We always show you that the console and upgrade is working and fully functional and we will show you how to use the new features. All of our workmanship and products come with a 1 year guarantee. We also have an absolute promise not to damage your console in anyway, if we do we will replace it with a brand new one :)

~ Announcements~

Temporary disruption in XPunked.com service :(
XPunked.com is basically run by just me (Andrew), and it is only my part time job. I study at University full time, and my
end of year exams are approaching so there will be a temporary reduction in my availabilities. The following changes are temporarily
in place until the beginning of December.

~ I will only be doing 'drop off' services for most consoles...but you get a $10 discount

~ I will not be doing any time consuming repairs (i.e. PS2 repairs)

~ I will not be able to answer my phone, or listen to my voicemail as often

~~~My preferred method of contact is email~~

I will still reply to all voicemail and emails, it may just take a little longer than usual.

I apologize for this temporary reduction in service. XPunked.com will be running at full capacity again in December
